• Contact inquiries: the information you provide when contacting us (e.g. name, email address, message).
• No tracking without consent: no analytics or marketing cookies unless you have given explicit consent.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

• Provision and security of the website — Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable and secure offering).
• Answering inquiries and preparing demonstrations — Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
• Optional analytics after consent — Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR; withdrawable at any time with effect for the future.

4. Cookies & Hosting

Technically necessary cookies and local storage are used solely to operate the website; all other cookies require your consent. The site is hosted by an external service provider on our behalf, with log data processed exclusively within the European Union under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

No decisions affecting you are made solely by automated means (Art. 22 GDPR); every approval remains a documented human decision. Adaptrials includes AI-assisted features (the decision copilot). How they are disclosed and operated in light of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act) is described in our Security & Compliance statement (section 9).

7. Data Security & Changes

All data transmitted to and from this website is encrypted using TLS technology, and appropriate technical and organizational measures protect stored data against unauthorized access. We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements; the new policy applies to your next visit.
